Shipping & Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
Typically, it takes 2 to 5 days for domestic shipments to be delivered.
Transit time Internationally
International shipping typically takes between 4 to 22 days in transit, with the exact duration depending on the courier chosen. An accurate estimate can be provided during the checkout process when selecting the courier.
Dispatch time
Orders are typically sent out within 2 working days after payment has been received.
StoneRoot Arts & Crafts operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it is closed. During these holidays, measures are taken to minimize shipment delays.
Change of Delivery Address
Regarding requests for changing the delivery address, we can alter it prior to the dispatch of the order.
Cash on Delivery
StoneRoot Arts & Crafts does not provide cash on delivery services; only online payments will be accepted.
P.O. Box Shipping
StoneRoot Arts & Crafts will only use postal services for delivering to P.O. box addresses. Courier services are not available for these types of addresses.
Military Address Shipping
The shipping of packages to military addresses is possible with TCS, however, courier services do not offer this service.
Items Out of Stock
In the event of an item being unavailable, we will process a cancellation and refund for the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the remaining items in the order.
Your order will not be dispatched until the out-of-stock item becomes available. In the meantime, the other items in your order will be kept on hold.
Cancellation
In the event of an item being unavailable, StoneRoot Arts & Crafts will process a cancellation and refund for the out-of-stock items on these conditions:-
- If you order a handmade item that is not in stock, please know that it will take 10-12 days to create and ship.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and before production begins, we will provide a full refund.
- If you cancel your order after 24 hours or during production, we will refund 35% of the actual payment.
In case an item is not available, production begins as soon as we start working on your handmade item, and we cannot provide a full refund once work has commenced.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Please contact us if the delivery time has surpassed the expected delivery window, so StoneRoot Arts & Crafts can initiate an inquiry.
Tracking Notifications
Once their order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link that will allow them to monitor the status of their shipment, as updated by the shipping provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. However, if your order has already been dispatched, kindly refer to our refund policy for further information.
Insurance
The courier’s insurance covers the loss and damage of parcels up to the specified value. StoneRoot Arts & Crafts shall not be held accountable for any harm that occurs.
Process for parcel lost in transit
As soon as the courier finishes investigating the claim, StoneRoot Arts & Crafts will proceed with either a refund or a replacement.
Swift Delivery
All items purchased from StoneRoot are dispatched through trusted express carriers like TCS, Leopard etc. each with a tracking number to provide real-time updates.

Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions concerning some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Import Duties & Taxes
The customs duties and taxes for international deliveries will be taken care of ahead of time, without requiring the customer to pay any additional charges when the shipment reaches its destination country.
